Payment and billing policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026. This policy explains how purchases of Pangolin Pro are priced, paid for and billed. Pangolin is operated by Yanmei AI LLC ("we", "us").

1. Plans and prices

• Pro Monthly: 1 month of Pro — US$4.99.
• Pro Yearly: 1 year of Pro — US$34.99.
• First-month offer: 1 month of Pro for US$1.00, limited to one purchase per account.

Current prices are always shown on our pricing page and at checkout before you pay. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

2. Payment methods

We currently accept Alipay. Payments are handled by our third-party payment providers; we never see or store your full payment credentials.

3. One-time prepaid billing — no automatic renewal

• Every Pro plan is a single, prepaid payment for a fixed period. You are charged once, when you place the order.
• Plans do not renew automatically, and we never charge you again unless you place a new order yourself.
• Buying again while Pro is active adds the new period after your current expiry date, so no paid time is lost.
• When a period ends, your account returns to the free plan.

4. Points and referral discounts

You may use points earned through our invite program to reduce the amount due at checkout (100 points = US$1). The final amount after the discount is shown before you confirm payment.

5. Orders and receipts

Every order has an order number and appears under My orders in the app and the user center, with its amount, payment method and status. Unpaid orders expire automatically and can be cancelled at any time.

6. Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment fails, no charge is made and you can retry. If you were charged twice for the same order, contact us and we will refund the duplicate in full.

7. Refunds

Refunds, including our 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase, are covered by the Refund policy.

8. Price changes

We may change prices from time to time. A price change only applies to orders placed after the change and never affects a period you have already paid for.
