Terms of Service

Last updated: October 7, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Yanmei AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"), which operates Pangolin. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Pangolin is a network acceleration and privacy service with apps for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. We offer a free plan and paid Pro plans; features and limits for each plan are listed on our pricing page.

2. Your account

You sign in with your email address and must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure. One Pro account may be used on up to 3 devices at the same time; accounts may not be resold or shared publicly.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Pro plans are one-time, prepaid purchases of a fixed period (1 month or 1 year), at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers; we never see or store your full payment credentials.
• Plans do not renew automatically. We never charge you again without a new purchase that you make yourself. To extend Pro, buy another period; the new time is added after your current expiry date.
• Price changes only apply to purchases made after the change. Details are in our Payment and billing policy.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund policy, including a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Pangolin to:

• break any law that applies to you, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• send spam, run attacks, scan networks, spread malware, or commit fraud;
• distribute content that exploits minors or promotes violence;
• interfere with the service, overload our infrastructure, or resell access.

You are responsible for making sure your use of the service is lawful where you are. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

5. Privacy

We do not log the content of your traffic or your browsing history. What we do collect, and why, is described in our Privacy policy.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Pangolin fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every route is reachable from every network. We may add, change or remove features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce a paid plan.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms; if we end a paid plan without cause, we will refund the unused portion.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
